Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within Egypt. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days depending on the destination.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, visit your order page or contact our support team.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards. All online payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your full card details.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our charts. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our support team can also help with sizing questions.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven't entered processing. After that window, you'll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
